What does the 21-day free trial include?
Starter Lite, Starter, Growth, and Scale each include a 21-day free trial with full access to the features in that plan. You add a card to start the trial, and the first charge comes when the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you owe nothing. Each organization gets one free trial. Upgrade or downgrade between paid plans at any time. Founder doesn't need a trial — it's free to start.

What is an AI token?
Tokens measure AI usage in Northstar. Each AI action — classifying a signal, summarizing an account, generating a roadmap brief — uses 10 tokens; multi-step actions such as a Foresight run use more. Founder includes 250 tokens a week, and paid plans include a monthly allowance shown on each card above. Your current usage is shown in the app once you pass 80% of your allowance.

What happens if I run out of tokens?
On Starter Lite, Starter, and Growth, Northstar warns you when you reach 80% of your monthly tokens. From there you can add pay-as-you-go overage, billed per 1,000 tokens on your next invoice, or upgrade to the next plan for a larger allowance. If you do neither, AI features pause until your allowance renews; your data and every non-AI feature stay available. Founder works differently: when the 250 weekly tokens run out, AI classification pauses until the allowance refreshes at 00:00 UTC on Monday, or until you upgrade to Starter Lite ($49/mo) for 5,000 tokens a month. Pay-as-you-go overage is not available on Founder. Scale includes unlimited tokens, with a fair-use review by your account manager.

What counts as a tracked account?
A tracked account is any customer company connected to Northstar and included in revenue-weighted intelligence — either added manually, imported via CSV, or synced from your CRM. Each plan includes a set number of tracked accounts and users.

What counts as a user?
A user is anyone with a Northstar login — sales reps, PMs, execs, ops, or anyone else on the team. Each user must have their own email address; logins cannot be shared.

Which features are available today vs on the roadmap?
Items shown in italics on the pricing cards above are on the Northstar roadmap and not yet generally available. Signal capture, revenue-weighted ranking, backlog, roadmap views, and AI classification are available today. CRM sync, SSO/SAML, custom signal taxonomy, and the full AI agent suite are sequenced through our 2026 roadmap. Contact us if a roadmap item is gating a specific evaluation — many can be unlocked early as part of a design partner engagement.

Enterprise applies to deployments above Scale's limits (20+ users, 10,000+ tracked accounts), or any environment requiring dedicated infrastructure, advanced security, or custom AI agent development. Pricing, onboarding, and integration scope are custom.
