Founded by Charles Keatts
Samadhi Consulting is a fractional sales and GTM practice for technology companies that have a product worth selling and no senior revenue leader to sell it.
Founded by Charles Keatts after twenty years in enterprise technology sales: 15 years at IBM, plus Ustream, Turnitin, and Adobe. At IBM he closed over $300M in cloud, AI, and GPU infrastructure revenue and earned the company's Golden Circle Award. He has built and run alliances with NVIDIA and Salesforce, and closed deals from $4M consulting engagements to $60M infrastructure contracts.
The work is hands-on and part-time by design: pipeline qualification, deal strategy, partner and alliance development, and the unglamorous process cleanup that makes a forecast mean something. Northstar, the revenue intelligence software on this site, came directly out of that work. You can use one, the other, or both.
